What is REF ADVISORY INC?

REF ADVISORY INC (“REF”) was established in 1996. REF has carved out a niche, primarily in the sale-leaseback sector, that allows us to utilize our experience of accounting, corporate finance and real estate development and brokerage to provide in essence, a one stop shop for corporate real estate financial advisory services. This allows us to provide an extension of your in-house resources in completing sale-leaseback transactions as well as in providing a wide range of commercial real estate advisory services (Services). 

Since 1997, REF has been run the Sale-Leaseback program at Rite Aid as an outside advisor. REF is currently assisting Rite Aid Landlords with their potentially vacant buildings. (Offerings and Transactions)                                                                             

Beginning in 1998 we have assisted many clients in acquiring section 1031 tax-free like kind exchange replacement property. In total, we have closed in excess of $3 BILLION in transactions consisting primarily of single tenant net leased properties, which includes approximately $2 BILLION in Rite Aid retail and large distribution centers.
